You can cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reasons in text form. During this term you can unpack the item to inspect it. It's allowed to take a look at the work in the same way you would be able to do in a physical gallery. When you've done more than neccessary to take a look at the item we are allow to charge you with additional costs.
The revocation period ends 14 days after the day on wich you, or a third party specified by you other than the delivery company, have obtained the item.
If you've ordered multiple items with different delivery periods, the revocation period end 14 days after you've received the last piece.
To make use of the right of revocation, we kindly request you to contact us by e-mail, preferably including the return form, via firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be required to return the item within 14 days after we've received your e-mail.
We kindly request you to repackage the work in the orginal packaging as far as possible.
In case of revocation, you will receive all payments, including shippingcosts for the initial delivery as soon as possible and withing a maximum of 14 days after you've indicated to want to make use of the right of revocation. We will reimburse the amount via the same payment method that you used for the transaction, unless you request another payment method at our diposal.
You are responsible for the costs of the delivery of the item when you send the item back to us.
